Trip #2 begins . . .

Off again!  I guess I wasn't thinking when I booked big trips back to back less than 4 days apart. I've learned it is probably not such a grand idea.  We were on the plane about 10 minutes and this is what happened . . .

. . . seriously what's up with that?  We left our airport around 3pm and would spend over 14 hours getting to our destination.  So much for enjoying our "free" first class seats.  Thanks to that double mileage bonus American Airlines offered late last year, I used miles to book our tickets and only had to pay $5 each plus miles. Not too bad.  All three of our flights were late departing and we barely made our last connection, but we made it.  Again Colin was curled up sleeping before we took off . . . it has been a long day of traveling . . . the adventure will be busy, busy, busy!
