Keystone, Colorado Ski Weekend day 1

Colin loves to ski!
Heidi not so much!
Sometimes you go places that make your kids happy.  I do not like to ski, but I do enjoy snow shoeing so it isn't a wasted trip.  We arrived really late last night and are up and at it early this morning.  Our Ski/Sea Friends arrived yesterday but were already in bed by the time we made it to the hotel.  We loaded up the car . . .

. . . by the way that is luggage for 5 people . . . it was luggage tetris to get it to all fit . . . and we were on the road . . .

. . . it was Keystone or bust for an afternoon of snow tubing!

He easily agreed to a photo on the gondola . . .

We loaded back up in the car and headed to Breckenridge where we would be staying for the next two days.  The balcony was covered in snow . . .

Colin was so excited to ski tomorrow.  We unloaded the car and headed out for a light dinner at the Crepes a la Cart . . . it was a 45 minute wait but thankfully the crepes were yummy!

Thankfully it was a quick walk back to the hotel . . . with a hot tub waiting for a nice relaxing soak.  It was to bed early since it had been a long day, and we were both so tired!
