Spring Break 2008

I am finally getting something up about our trip . . . thanks Kahne for introducing me to these mosaic/collages for your photos . . . it took me a bit but I think next time I will 'get it'.

Our trip started at 4am and it was a long one. I was planning on sleeping once in air but Colin had other plans . . . he was out until the flight attendant hit his foot with the cart so after a 10 minute power nap he was up. The kid was awake from 4am-8pm; what a long day! As I said before, Colin did great on the flights . . . he loved the water and could not stay out of the waves. We are both tan, but I have started peeling. Don't get me wrong, Colin had his moments but he by far was much better than I expected. Now I am thinking where we will go next! I am not sure we are ready for a long flight but there is hope:) It has been a hard week getting him back into the routine of school. He has been super clingy and doesn't want me to leave. I guess this is the only draw back to vacations.

Photo 14: We were having lunch and it was funny to watch Colin drink this coke . . . he was so into it and it was too funny . . . wish I would have made a video clip

PS: it took our suitcases 24 hours before they found us . . . it was a total mess but we have them!
