Alaska day 6

It is museum day!  To make my day start off great, I realized I forgot my camera at the hotel so had to beg ask Colin to let me use his throughout the day . . . so not many photos!  Oh well . . . 
First stop:  Alaska Aviation Museum

We both had fun playing with the flight simulators too!

Second stop:  Alaska Museum of Natural History

Next stop:  Alaska State Trooper Museum

Final Stop:  Anchorage Museum

I was amazed at how much ground we covered before 4pm.  It seems everything closes at 4!  I guess not many people venture to Alaska in winter.  I think we have about seen it all in Anchorage!  Fun day and could so uses that whirlpool.  I am seriously considering changing hotels tomorrow just to have a nice warm pool.  Dinner was a block walk down the street at Snow Goose Restaurant and Sleeping Lady Brewing Company.  It was a limited menu so went with the Fish & Chips which were very good; more like really big nuggets which I liked.  I also tasted the Caribou Burger . . . I must admit it was very, very good!  And you know how the night ends . . . dessert and swimming!
