Day 6: Magic Kingdom

Hello Early Magic Hours and NO people . . . well not that many! It is a bonus to get an extra hour before regular park hours begin . . . one of the perks of staying at a Disney hotel. I was really surprised at how few people were in the park.
Our first stop was to be Big Thunder Mountain but as soon as we walked up it closed due to a mechanical problem . . . nice . . . we grabbed Fast Passes and saw these two characters . . .
I think this was the best character stop all week . . . they were so good and really got into a pose for the photo. We then headed over to Adventureland and basically rode every ride in about 30 minutes. We rode a lot of rides before the crowds showed up. It was a day of just riding our favorite rides again. Before we left we tried for one last photo. Seriously, I just want one photo of someone not making a face or doing something silly . . . well and us both looking at the camera and smiling. Is that too much to ask?

. . . apparently so!

It was back to the hotel to pack . . . Colin went swimming one last time!


And just like that we say farewell to Disney World and the Wilderness Lodge!
