It was a fast trip even though we were on the ground for 23 days. We covered a lot of ground . . . over 2,000 miles . . . and saw some really neat places. The weather was to die for compared to the inferno we left in Texas. How can you not love weather in the 60s most days with a couple of days in the 80s? I'm sold on living in CA if it wasn't so expensive! Here is a few of our favorite experiences . . .

. . . total side note but I just read that 17 people have died in Yosemite this year; yikes! Still an amazingly beautiful place as are many of our National Parks!
