It was a lazy wake up . . . I could get used to those mornings every morning! We rallied the kiddos and headed to the Sea Turtle Inc. What a great place for injured sea turtles to get better and head back to their natural environment!
It was amazing to watch them swim even if they were missing some limbs. We really enjoyed watching Gerry!
Gerry eats 500 heads of lettuce each year! That is a lot of salad! It was starting to get crowded so we jumped back into the car and drove as far as the road would let us!
It was so hot and humid, but the kids loved playing in sand dunes.
We stopped along the way and had a picnic lunch. If you really want to freak people out do this . . .
Thankfully none of them pooped on us. It was beach time!
I really enjoyed jumping from the pool to the beach. It was great to escape to the condo for a snack or to lay by the pool for a bit too. Of course the kids were hard charging non stop all day long! It was a blast . . . we will see what over 8 hours in the sun does for my skin when we wake in the morning!
