middle of somewhere

It was time to form the line to enter the ferry; oye Europeans kill me as there is very little order involved. It would take us 16.5 hours to reach our destination. We had Denmark to our left, Sweden to our right, and our destination was in front: Oslo, Norway.

We were about tenth in line so got on quickly and unloaded the bags and headed out to explore. It did not take us far as Colin found the Lego table and got busy creating!


We then went upstairs and found what I called the somewhat organized playroom which means tons of kids running around being kids. It wasn't too bad but our dinner reservation wasn't until 8:15pm so we had WAY too much time to waste. We finally go to dinner at the Steakhouse and it took forever but the food was very good! Colin ate the exact same thing as me; 200gram steak and baked potato . . . I have a feeling my grocery bill will be increasing very soon! He loves his meat. After dinner we thought the playroom was open but thankfully it was closed but we were informed they were in the "Dance Club". So guess where we went? The Disco! They were finishing up the activities for the day with a dance competition . . . man some of those kids had moves! So the 'dance' was similar to 'musical chairs' . . . the music stops you freeze and if you were the last one you are out. Well, guess who was one of the last two standing? Yep, Colin . . . and who won? Oh yes he did, LOL. He was SO happy and claimed his prize . . .
. . . and off to bed we went . . . hoping it is a good one but on a boat who knows.
