Day 1: Texas to Colorado

Let our first summer adventure begin!  We arrived in Denver after a very bumpy flight!  We picked up our car and headed out to Canon City for an overnight sleep.  It was a bigger town than I expected!  We got settled at the hotel and headed downtown for dinner at Pizza Madness.  What yummy pizza and salad in an old building!  It was an early night due to a travel day but ready to get the fun started tomorrow.  It is much hotter in Colorado than I expected . . .
